Ahh, the idea of a nice self-care journal came into my mind  this week.

I use them often and they are extremely helpful at structuring my day and starting my day on the right note.

 I also wanted to share a couple that I recommend that I have personally used or have been recommended by others.

A self-care journal gives you the immediate structure you need.

It’s supposed to provide meaningful prompts that help improve your practices by enhancing your overall wellness.
